I am not home much anymore so I do not really know what the cost is in my hometown; gas in Smyrna, GA is $3.61. I was not paying attention in Denver; however, if I remember I will post the cost of gas in Tampa Thursday.

$5.04 a gallon. Once all converted to U.S.

Farkin' crap! I guess I'll stop b$tching so much about $3.40-$3.50/gallon. The cheapest place by my house is $3.39 *or was this evening around 5*, so my cheapest fill up is $98 and change from empty. Sad part about that is, my tank is 29 gallons and that lasts about 2 weeks at 13 MPG (I work exactly 13 miles from home so 2 gallons of gas per day).

Doesn't Texas PRODUCE oil ????

The good news is that if a person can afford an Avalanche, then the cost of the gasoline is pretty trivial.

The bad news: I have to drive a 1999 Saturn to work everyday so I can afford to put gas in my Avalanche.

I understand that, I have a Titan and hubby has a GMC 1500...we take turns driving a big truck and an old Ford Ranger because we can't afford gas in both trucks.

I drive a 97 Ford F-150 (ext cab) and my hubby drives a 98 Chevy 1500 (ext cab).  When gas hits $4.00/gal - I will be riding my Honda Shadow to work everyday!!!

GAS...what a bunch of crap!

no no no.....It's a by-product that usually preceeds crap or in some cases the crap requires to be dumped before the gas can be produced.  ;D

CNN reports that gas stations will start showing PORN movies on the
screens of the pumps so that you can see someone else get screwed at
the same time you do.: !
