When you arrive you will find that there are lots of places to camp around the track.

Hey Bob,
You cam call Bill Gaines Bristol Campground now, make a reservation, and not have to pay until you arrive. It's a good hike to the track(alot easier when your cooler is empty though),but they have plenty of shuttle busses. They have shower facilities, and porta johns allover the place. Enjoy it,it's quite the party,Ron

We have camped at Red Barn Campground Annex every time we have gone to Bristol - since 1993.

Excellent place & I highly recommend it.

I will be, But we won't be camping. I was lucky to find a hotel room in Kingsport.

We are leaving Jacksonville around 9P Friday. I expect that we will have breakfast south of Bristol then we will settle down at the track parking lot before lunch. After the race we will crash for a while then drive home Sunday.

If Fay picks up some power, you might have to be Leaving a little earlier.  :-\

Tempting:  I almost have Mr. Cab talked into it.  It can't be more then a 7 hour or so drive from here.  My mom lives almost half way.  Heck we could stay a night with her and head out from there, and do the same on the way back home. Wether it be a race next year or the year after. It'll be tough to pull off but Mr. Cab is ready to go.  :o

I could do it ok.  It's Mr. Cab who can't, he has arthritis in his hips and knees. To make things worse his knee is giving out on him now.  He can't hardly get up and down the stairs as it is. Heck if it were just me, I would be at as many races as I could go.  Shoot I have family on all sides of the US it wouldn't be a problem to stay with them.

How you get tickets to Bristol?
If at first you don't succeed, destroy all evidence that you tried.

How you get tickets to Bristol?

wish I had tickets to Bristol ...  :(

I have 4 on the front straight in the Allisons, Section L, row 21, seats 1-4.  These are for the Aug. night race. These tickets are located where the little black mark is in the
N in Allisons

I also have 4 Martinsville April Spring race tickets. These are in the Blue Ridge Tower Section M,
row 19, seats 1-4.

A friend of mine took these tickets this year and if he wants them for next year he has a couple weeks to let me know. I had to pay for the Martinsville tickets in June and Bruton Smith will be sending my Bristol renewal in a few short weeks.

If these tickets become available I will offer them to NASCARDIACS at face value.

Due to my health I have not attended either race since 2004. They are the only tickets that I still renew every year. At one time besides these 2 races I renewed tickets for Daytona, Atlanta, Charlotte, Talladega and Michigan which is 45 minutes from my house.  We also stopped at Rockingham on the way home from Daytona and you could buy good tickets at the track Ticket Office.

These tickets are for the Cup Race only. You can buy Truck tickets for Saturday in Martinsville from the Track Ticket Office, and at Bristol you can buy Wednesday night Truck tickets and Friday night Nationwide Tickets at their Ticket Office.

You can't stay young forever, but you can join
the Earnhardt Nation and be
immature for the rest of your life.

We have been buying them since 1993. Now is a good time to get in but you have to send money for four seats to get in the lottery for new tickets.
